Vote With Hope
Election Day is Monday, April 28th.
Where to vote? You can find out where to vote based on your address or postal code in Mississauga-Streetsville here.
What do I need to bring with me in order to vote? Here are 3 options of what to bring with you:
1) a valid piece of ID; either your drivers license, or any other card issued by the government with your photo ID, name and current address on it.
2) two pieces of ID; both must have your name and at least one need to have your current address on it (i.e. voter card and bank statement)
3) if you don’t have ID; You can still vote if you declare your identity and address in writing and have someone who knows you and who is assigned to your polling station vouch for you. The voucher must be able to prove their identity and address. A person can vouch for only one person (except in long-term care facilities).

Strategic Voting
Team Bushra has knocked on thousands of doors and is working to earn every vote. We also know that for folks who vote strategically, they often don’t have accurate information.
Four tips for progressives wondering about strategic voting
Do not base your decision on national polls.
Be guided by your local context.
In seeking to determine the local context, do not rely on riding-level “data” from 338Canada.com
The next Parliament will need progressive champions.
The riding level polling data for Mississauga Streetsville shows this seat to be a safe Liberal seat. We urge voters to vote with their values instead of out of fear. Now more than ever, Ottawa will need bold voices like Bushra’s to stand up for worker’s rights, a safe and just future for those at home and abroad.
